shrug-l: Slow plotting with rotated view

I just wanted to see if anyone else had experienced this problem with
9.2. We have a client that wants most all their maps plotted with about
a 45 degree rotation applied to the data view. (There is a long story as
to why and you would have to understand Georgia's Land Lot system.) I
have noticed since we loaded 9.2 that these maps plot extremely slow.
Has anyone else experienced that problem?
