shrug-l: need help with shrug list

This is rather embarassing, but I can't find the answer on the SHRUG web
site ...

How do I send a message to one person on this list, rather than to
everybody (as I am doing now)?

I need to send a test message from time to time, to see if our e-mail
system is blocking the SHRUG posts, and don't want everybody to have to
be bothered.
