Fortunately, good quality one meter resolution 2007 imagery for Georgia is available.  The National Agriculture Imagery Program flew the state in 2007 and has imagery available online. You can use the Georgia statewide image service by downloading an ISRef file online. Also, NAIP 2007 Compressed Mosaics are available for downloaded by county. http://www.georgiaplanning.com/imageserver.htm


I would look to the GA GIS Clearinghouse. It has some aerial photography you can download though most of it is either NAIP or DOQQ's. Most Counties charge a fee to get copies of their aerials. Here is the link to the clearinghouse: https://data.georgiaspatial.org/index.asp

The US Dept of Agriculture has its 2007 crop photography available. You can download a county-specific SID file, or purchase the original tiff images for your county at around $50 directly from USDA.

I am sure this has been asked in the past but...would anyone know of a good site to download Aerial Data in Georgia? Would the State have a site? In these economic times I am of course looking for a free site.
