You could contact Steve Leitman ( leitman at tds.net) , teaches the Apalachicola River class at FASU and was part of the Georgia-Florida agreement, through the Department of Regional Planning at FSU or Dr. Tony Stallins ( jastallins at fsu.edu) through the Department of Geography and one should be able to point you in the right direction.
