Hello,
Florida Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Watershed
Restoration just completed the creation of a GIS layer that captures Land Use
/ Land Cover based on FDOT's Florida Land Use, Cover and Forms Classification
system in the NWFWMD based on 2004 Color Infrared and "True" color imagery.
You can find this layer and associated metadata at the following location
http://www.dep.state.fl.us/gis/datadir.htm
The layer is called NWFWMD 2004 Land Use. This'll help you with the Florida
portion.
We hope to develop a update to this layer based on 2007 imagery, if funding
is provided it should be available by March or so of 2011.
Best regards,
Joe North

Subject: shrug-l: need land use data
I'm looking for the most recent, most detailed land use data I can find for
the ACF basin (both Florida and Georgia). Any suggestions appreciated.
Thanks,
