shrug-l: Distribution of Standard ArcCatalog Connections

Hello all,

I am trying to provide a standard set of ArcCatalog connections to all of our users.

I know I could simply send out a standardized ArcCatalog.gx file but this would overwrite any connections they currently have.

Does anyone know of a way to add or append connections to someone's existing ArcCatalog.gx file?  Will the fact that the .gx file resides on each individual's 'Documents and Settings' folder play a role or cause a problem?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
