shrug-l: plotting a survey

Thanks Tripp.  I was thinking more like how do you plot out the actual
bearings and distances.  ArcView 3.2 used to have a little COGO utility that
would do it.

If it is in AutoCAD or Microstation, try adding it as a layer using the
White Icon. Then plot as normal
