shrug-l: gopher tortoise data

Greetings.  I am aware of the Gopher tortoise siting/nesting data avail
via FGDL (wildobs_2002).  This data runs up until the year 2002
(although for the gopher it runs up until 2000 with one siting between
then and 2002).  Anyone have more up-to-date shapefiles that can be used
in Arc?
