shrug-l: Services and Data Source Changes

Hey Shruggers,

 

Anybody out there know if it is possible to use a Python script on the
GIS server to:

 

1)      Start, Stop and/or Restart Map Services

2)      Change the Map Document of a Map Service

3)      Change the Data Sources of layers in a map document

 

I haven't had much luck finding documentation on this.
