shrug-l: File/Personal GBD Productivity

Any Shrug Users have any knowledge on the performance of model-builder and
the difference between Personal and File GBD's?

 I have a very simple model that creates a GDB, creates a feature dataset
and 10 feature classes with a number of attribute fields.  A simple and
clean model.  Running this model to create a File GDB takes my computor 4:42
minutes to complete, while running it as a Personal it completes in just 30
seconds.  All inputs, processors and parameters are identidcal, only
difference is the type of GDB created.

Anybody experienced similar problems?
