shrug-l: Google Earth

[Pierce, Brian]

Has anyone had their agency's lawyers provide an opinion on Google
Earth's current license for use imbedded in a internal business process?
If so, can you please provide me with the outcome?

 

Has anyone conducted a comparison of ArcGIS Explorer (current
version=900) and Google Earth?  Pros/Cons of each?

 

Any insights would be very appreciated?
