shrug-l: RE Address/Shapefile SDE Object ID problem resolved

Problem solved. Thanks to Lance Peterson of FDOT! He suggested that I
pull my FID field wider and see what happens. In other fields, where the
display is not wide enough it just hides a part of the data. Apparently
in the FID field it will actually renumber (and it was renumbered- I
used it for calculation) and produce duplicates. The GDB formats don't
seem to have this problem. I still need to find out why my shapefile
defaulted to a display setting that it doesn't usually use. Hopefully
Normal will take care of that :). Thanks all!
