Greetings All,
 
I am attempting to create a county wide Plat book, that would show the parcel ownership. One of the problems we have come across is that on one page, a owner may have
5 parcels that they own in a cluster. We would like to show these parcels as being owned by that one owner with a marker symbol (tie line). I was able to narrow down the multiple ownerships, which page they occur as well as create a selection set.
 
What I am looking for is a quick way to place that marker symbol on the boundaries of the selected polygons (parcels).
 
I know this is not a simple fix, but I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction.
