shrug-l: Feature Class Exposure

Hey Shruggers,

It seems like every time I need to create a Python script I can't get
the synapses in my brain to fire in the right direction. I hoping one of
ya'll can help get my mind right.

I'm creating a GP Model, in which I need to expose five (5) feature
classes, with expected names, so that I can write (append) their
features to another existing feature class. However, I do not want to
have to navigate to each feature class to expose them in the model.

Since the feature class names are expected I want to navigate to the
file gdb containing them and use this workspace as an input parameter to
a script in which I can effectively concatenate the file.gdb + "expected
name(s)" to expose the feature classes as objects derived from the
script that can be passed to the append tool as an input parameter.

Thoughts anyone?

Thanks
