shrug-l: US city to start giant 'mapathon'

GA URISA is a supporter of this effort. We provided most of the
volunteers involved with the Mapathon. It was a great event and has

I like it!  I'd gladly do ground mapping with GPS especially if we did
this in the fall-winter-spring!
