Or the NHD State Steward for each of the states:  http://webhosts.cr.usgs.gov/steward/
The Florida NHD can be downloaded from the State's data directory site at:  http://www.dep.state.fl.us/gis/datadir.htm
Or viewed using the FLDEP Consolidated Application: http://ca.dep.state.fl.us/imf

        Viewing is accomplished by clicking the "Layers" tab at the left hand side of the application, then from the Map Layers Window slightly         to the right of the "Layers" tab selecting the "Layers by Subject" and then "Water Resources (Inland)" choices to reveal NHD 24K Point,         NHD 24K Flowline, NHD 24K Waterbody -Swamp Marsh, NHD 24K Waterbody - Not SwampMarsh and NHD 24K Area features.
