shrug-l: DOR baseline specs?

Good Morning Shruggers,

 

Does anyone out there know what specs DOR is starting to require for GIS
data base collection?  I hear rumors of point data on structures and so
forth being required now and other info.  Just curious if anyone has more
info on this?
