shrug-l: Image Catelog for Aerial Photography

Does anyone have image catalogs created for recent sid aerial photography from FDOT (2010 Gadsden, Wakulla and Liberty and 2009 Leon)?  Is there a way to create the .dbf in ArcCatalog to reference the sid files.  I found a tool on arcscripts that would create the dbf but it was only valid for 8.x.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
