MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED:
# Years Experience
Experienced systems analyst to work with business end-users, public
request, and IT technical staff in documenting business requirements,
developing functional specification, participate in development effort,
and develop GIS applications and maps.
Programmer must be experienced with Microsoft development products such
as .net, C#, Visual Basic, Active Server Pages, SQL, Access, and TFS.
In addition, ESRI products such as ArcSDE, ArcIMS, ArcGIS Server and
interfacing with geographic databases are required.
Good oral and written communication skills.
The position is to work onsite in the Miami downtown office of the
Property Appraiser.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Three or more years experience with software development and two years
performing systems analysis.
