shrug-l: Google Maps city limits tint band

Try this: search for a city in Google Maps (doesn't show in aerial view),
and the result is the city limits highlighted with a pink tint band.  This
result shows at multiple zoom levels.  Cool cartography, but always
remember to refer to local authoritative data for accurate info!
