shrug-l: SHRUG Workshop Committee Monthly Meeting

Hi all,

Next Tuesday starting at 3:00 p.m. we will hold our monthly workshop committee meeting at 912 Myers Park Drive, Tallahassee<http://goo.gl/maps/IqD2a> (Parks and Rec. Community Room).  A Go To Meeting notice will be send out Tuesday morning for those wishing to call in.

We  will be covering our unfinished reoccurring tasks that include:


*         Logo and Theme - Select theme candidates, vote, find designer, distribute

*         Keynote - Includes recruiting, travel, accommodations, ambassador

*         Sponsors - Solicit, Secure, and Coordinate

*         Lunch Speakers - Includes recruiting, travel, accommodations, ambassador (if we decide to have)

*         Facilities - Secure dates, determine rooms, partner with FSU, and pay

*         Registration - Work with PNM, review registration questions, add to website

*         Email Announcements - Committee Meetings, Registration, Call for Papers and Posters

*         Financial Update - Fiscal update

*         Hotel - Select, secure the room block, sign contract (completed)

*         Website Updates - As they come in, Paragon New Media, Registration

*         Training - Select classes, setup trainers, secure training facilities, registration

*         Posters - Emails

*         Presentations - Emails

*         Social - Secure facilities, food, and travel
