shrug-l: GIS and Data Collection Policy

Hi All,

I was hoping someone might be able to help me with this.  I am looking for examples of a GIS Data Management policy and a GIS Style Manual. The policy will cover details such as data collection, storage, and verification and the style manual will address the basics of how maps should be displayed with specific color suggestions, title block, etc. Does anyone know of a source or have one they'd like to share?
