shrug-l: CENSUS boundary updates

Nancy von Meyer asked me to send this note along to the list.

She is working with CENSUS and would like for any county or city with municipal boundary updates to please contact her at nancy.von.meyer at census.gov.

Note: this effort isn't part of the official boundary and annexation survey with which you may be familiar.

It is a different effort to align TIGER municipal boundaries with the best available local data.
