Description:

The candidate will be involved in back-end geodatabase maintenance as well as front-end mobile and web development for display and maintenance of spatial data. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of web mapping principles and a strong foundation of experience with the ArcGIS Enterprise software suite.

This person will also provide support for mobile application and "Location Based " services.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience with ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Portal
• Proficient with the ArcGIS JavaScript API
• Experienced with publishing, maintaining, and working with ArcGIS REST services
• Strong understanding of ArcSDE and the relational geodatabase model
• Proficient in performing intermediate advanced technical work providing technical support for GIS project implementation and operations.
• Experienced in creating, testing and enhancing GIS applications,
• Experienced in preparing GIS databases, maps, database reports and specialized queries in support of various projects.
• Qualified to generate, maintain and disseminate GIS layers.
• Proficient in producing complex maps for user departments and outside agencies.
