The GIS Office at FDOT has an opening for a GIS Mapping Analyst II.  The primary duties of this position include:

  *   Develop geographic maps and other geospatial business solutions including web applications and geo-processing tools to support the GIS Office and other FDOT offices, state agencies, and external customers.
  *   Meet with customers to define data needs, project requirements, and required deliverables.  Present information to customers and answer questions.
  *   Develop and manage quality control procedures and workflow documentation in support of the GIS Office's products and services.
  *   Provide technical support for cartographic design and high quality map production and all GIS related workflows for the GIS Office.
  *   Assist with performing all database maintenance tasks.
