Citrus County has been accepting CESQG waste for several years. Businesses =
passing off as household is a BIG problem. Most are painters and handyman =
type businesses. When a load comes in that appears to be larger than the =
'average" homeowner's quantity or waste that "looks" like it might be =
business waste, I question the participant. Usually they will up to it. I =
have developed a technique in questioning them where they sort of just =
give me the answer I need. Some things I look for are five gallon =
containers, containers with labels on them and participants wearing shirts =
with logo on. It is a problem, but I felt that at least if I could get =
them in the door, the waste is not piling up at the business or being =
disposed of elsewhere. When doing SQG inspections, we stress that business =
disposal is by appointment only. Sometimes that works.=20

Good luck
