[Sqg-program] Do you want School Chemical Cleanout Training at the Workshop?

The Florida NAHMMA Chapter wants to offer a School Chemical Cleanout Training
class on Monday, April 30, 1:00 - 5:00 pm at the HHW/SQG Workshop in Fort
Walton Beach. We need to estimate how many people would attend. Please reply
to this message if you are interested.

SC3 Basic Training Workshop - The purpose of this training is to teach the
basic principles of School Chemical Cleanouts.  The training is designed for
teachers, janitors, administrative staff, and school health and safety
officers, but will be tailored to SQG and HHW program staff for the workshop.
Each workshop is typically a 3 to 5 hour session. 
 
Trainer: Rosemary Bottcher
B.A. & M.S. in chemistry at USF plus 30 additional hours of graduate work at
FSU in electronics, engineering and hazardous waste management. Certified
Environmental Trainer. Past positions include Leon County's HHW program
manager, FSU hazardous waste manager and DEP pesticides chemist. Currently,
she is an independent contractor for Cooperative HHW Collection Events and
the DEP School Chemical Cleanout Campaign.
