> ArcView 3.x product line, we began the migration to the ArcGIS 8.x
> platform.  We have created web-based installation mechanisms, hosted
> training and purchased licenses for the ArcGIS 8.x product suite.

> 3 - As long as ArcView 3.2a will continue to read ArcSDE data  (as we
> migrate ArcSDE to take advantage of new important features), we see no =
need
> to spend the money to upgrade to ArcView 3.3, which ESRI is now =
