gis-l: ArcSDE Performance Problems

GIS Users,

As some of you may have noticed over the past week or two, the ArcSDE =
server
is having some intermittent problems due to greatly increased usage.  We =
are
working with the Database and Systems groups to isolate the problem.  We =
will
be changing some parameters in order to improve/restore performance and =
may
have to reboot the server with short warning in the next couple of days. =
 We
are sending system messages to connected users when we know that the =
database
will be rebooted.
