gis-l: Updated layers in DataCatalog/DataMiner

GIS Users,
The following layers have been updated in ArcSDE, DataCatalog and DataMiner:
ArcSDE Name: DEP.BROWNFIELDS_AREAS_2007
Data Catalog/DataMiner Name: Brownfield Areas 
This layer now has 202 records from the previous version's 170. The metadata
has been updated for this layer with the name of the newly added Brownfields
and their ID numbers.
This layer is available in the "Environmental Monitoring and Modeling" and
"Planning and Development" categories in DataCatalog and is under the "DWM"
tab in DataMiner.
ArcSDE Name: DEP.WBIDS
Data Catalog/DataMiner Name: Waterbody Id's (WBIDs)
This layer is under the "Water Resources (Inland)" category in DataCatalog
and is under the "WRM" tab in DataMiner.
