GIS users,

The systems group was able to resolve the issue, so now ArcMap / ArcCatalog
should be working normally.

If you changed your Desktop Administrator to point to EPIC31, please change
it back to ESRILIC.

Subject: gis-l: Problems with the License Manager / ArcGIS

GIS users,

We are having trouble with the license manager this morning. This affects
some users and will prevent them from checking out a license to use ArcMap /
ArcCatalog.

We are working with the systems group to resolve this and will let you know
when we have a fix.

In the meantime, if you need to get in to use ArcMap / ArcCatalog, follow
these steps:

1)      Start -> Programs -> ArcGIS -> Desktop Administrator

2) Highlight 'License Manager' on the left, then click the "Change"
button on the right.

3) Fill in EPIC31 , then hit OK.

4) Hit OK to close Desktop Administrator.
