[Pharmwaste] NY bill would require chain pharmacies to do take back

Senator David Carlucci (D-Rockland/Westchester) was joined Friday by advocates from Friends of Recovery to announce the introduction of a bill that would mandate chain pharmacies (4 or more stores) to have drug take-back programs.  http://patch.com/new-york/newcity/bill-introduced-mandate-drug-take-back-programs-pharmacies
