PSI let me know that CT passed a law on July 6, 2017 that will bringing them into compliance, in a limited way, with the DEA rule no later than July 1, 2018. It allows not more than fifty retail locations during the first year and not more than an additional fifty retail locations in each year thereafter.

The DEA locator engine shows two pharmacies registered in the state.
CHARTER OAK HEALTH CENTER, Hartford.
USN NAVAL SUBMARINE BASE MEDICAL, Groton
They could be the first or they could be listed in error (found such erroneous listings before).
Anyone know more details of the CT rollout timeline? Thanks!
That leaves HI as the only holdout state not in compliance with the DEA rule.
Anyone here have an update on possible action there? Thanks!
Know when the rules in AK changed? Have a link to the rule to share? Thanks!
