shrug-l: Quads in state plane fl north

Hello everyone,

I am new with Shrug.  The problem that i have is
getting quad maps to project in state plane with
ArcMap.  I work in Gadsden County and have most of our
layers in state plane fl north.  Our quad maps show up
in the wrong projection.  The quad maps are sid files.
 Can they be reprojected in state plane?  If anyone
has an answer, it would be greatly appreciated.
