shrug-l: Quads in state plane fl north

If you have Imagine available, reprojecting raster files is pretty 
straightforward, as long as you have the full spatial metadata known for 
the image-map in its original condition (which for a quadmap should be the 
case).  Start with the sid, edit the LayerInfo to complete its metadata if 
Imagine didnt catch all of it, reproject it, then export it back to sid 
format again (or whatever output format you prefer).
