shrug-l: Multiple Spatial Reference Definition

This is going back a while, but I finally got around to it.  
 
The Batch Define Coordinate System tool in the Samples.tbx worked
perfectly for defining a bunch of orthophotos (about 250) at the same
time.  This saved me tons of time.  Took about 3 minutes.
 
Just remember, there can't be any spaces in the file path.

That scripts does work, and ArcGIS 9.1 includes a Sample Toolbox
(arcgis\ArcToolbox\Toolboxes\Samples.tbx) that contains a Batch Define
Coordinate System tool that also works...
 
I've also placed it here --

in case it can't be found with your installation. 
 
Just open ArcToolbox, right-click and select Add Toolbox, browse to that
file, and then look under Samples, Data Management, and Projections, and
you'll see Batch Define Coordinate System.
 
Don't know if it'll work in 8.3 or 9.0.
