shrug-l: Interesting FREE Tool

Hey Shruggies -
I ran across this free (always have to love that) ArcGIS extension tool call Hawth's Tool.

I have used it for a just a few of the 30+ things it can do and it is really cool.
Anyone use this tool and have any issues?
