FYI-When we acquire high altitude county aerial photography, we take the
following in to consideration; leaf off conditions, cloud cover, sun angle,
haze and heat refraction. As stated, leaf off is not really a factor in
Florida whereas heat refraction is a very important factor. Low altitude
photography can still be acquired outside the winter window, but weather
becomes much more of a problem.
