shrug-l: Working with two different extents

For example, the wetlands file I have for Osceola County has a left extent 
of -81.65ft and the parcel file I have for Osceola County has a left 
extent of 444,704.87 ft. Even if you use the move editing feature the size 
of the two shapefiles remain very different though they are at least in 
the same vicinity.
